Service Description
Nuvasite designs, builds, and hosts websites as a subscription service. Plans start from €8 per month. Your site typically goes live within approximately five business days of onboarding.
Agreement and Account
By subscribing to Nuvasite, you agree to these Terms. Your account, subscription contract, and detailed billing terms are managed through app.nuvasite.com.
Subscription and Payment
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance according to your chosen plan. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date. Nuvasite reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account on app.nuvasite.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Nuvasite's service to host unlawful content, infringe third-party intellectual property rights, or engage in activities that harm the platform or other customers.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nuvasite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Swedish courts.
